We have released an important feature which allows you to integrate Pulsedesk with hundreds of other services.
Zapier is a service using which you can connect the helpdesk system to a large number of apps, including Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Slack, Trello, and many others.
In Zapier, it is possible to create a ‘zap’ — a connection between applications, with one of them being Pulsedesk. Certain events, or triggers, in the helpdesk will initiate actions in the third-party app. Similarly, events in another app can trigger specific actions in Pulsedesk.
For example, it is possible to set up integration so that when a new Google Docs document appears in a specific folder in Google Drive (trigger), an inquiry is created in Pulsedesk (action).

The number of possible integrations is not limited. All apps available in Zapier can be connected to other existing apps there. What's new in Pulsedesk
